Arthur S. Shorr, MBA, FACHE

Arthur Shorr is Board Certified in Health Care Administration, and a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives.  He has been a Health Care Professional for more than 40 years, having held senior executive management positions in university-affiliated, community-based, tertiary care teaching hospitals.  He served as Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President for Administration of Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles; Administrator,  Chief Operating Officer, Interim President, and CEO of The Mount Sinai Medical Center in Milwaukee; and Assistant Hospital Director of Hutzel Hospital: The Detroit Medical Center.

 Since 1983 he has been President of Arthur S. Shorr & Associates, Inc., Consultants to Healthcare Providers, which provides consulting services to hospitals and physicians.

 Mr. Shorr is courtroom-qualified and is experienced in pre-trial strategic case planning and preparation of declarations and affidavits, deposition, and trial testimony.

 He is the author of numerous peer-reviewed articles on healthcare administration and a frequent lecturer on contemporary issues in healthcare.  He is the author of a textbook entitled “Hospital Negligence: Legal and Administrative Issues,” published by Westlaw/Thomson Reuters.  He is currently Assistant Professiorial Lecturer of Health Services Management & Leadership at The George Washington University School of Public Health & Health Services.  Previous academic appointments include University of Southern California School of Policy, Planning & Development, Graduate Program in Health Administration; University of Wisconsin Program in Healthcare Administration; and Wayne State University.  Click here for Arthur Shorr CV

Bonnie Siler, RN, MA, LNC

Gerald Sweet, Ph.D.

Dr. Gerald Sweet is a clinical and forensic psychologist.  He has been the Chief Psychology in an academically affiliated general hospital where he was responsible for psychological services provided on the inpatient psychiatric unit and on the other inpatient units in the hospital.   He also served as the coordinator of emergency room mental health services.  Dr. Sweet is experienced in both the clinical and administrative standards of care for mental health facilities.  He also has extensive experience as an expert witness and trial consultant. Click here for Gerald Sweet CV.
